Lisa Evans is the owner and founder of RADIANCE Beauty Lab in Ann Arbor, MI.
She started the med spa after discovering a real need for a more customizable and individually focused skincare plan that was continually lacking in the field.
Lisa has worked for several years in both Dermatology and the Plastic Surgery field and has gained a wealth of knowledge in these two arenas.

Lisa wants to see both woman and men able to come in to a private space and receive the attention and education they need around the procedures that will best suit their lifestyle, budget and expectations. After many years of working for others, Lisa knew that her true passion was changing the lives of her clients by helping them experience life with the best skin therapy possible with an honest and loyal approach.
Lisa is also a Regional Chemical Peel trainer for the State of Michigan. She has over 10 years experience with an arsenal of over 15 different peels. Lisa educates Doctors, Nurses, and Esthetician’s on how to choose the correct peel for the right skin type and how to properly apply and maintain the skin for optimal health.
In addition Lisa holds many different certifications and advanced training in the following procedures: Coolsculpting, Sculpsure, Laser IPL, Laser BBL, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Acne Treatments, Ultherapy, Microneedling, HydraFacial, OxyGeneo Facial, and many other esthetic procedures.
Lisa’s commitment to her clients is beyond customer service, she looks at every individual as a family member and treats them the way she would want to be treated when performing any procedure. Lisa has built her reputation and clientele off of referrals and unmatched quality and it shows in her work every day.
